This course provides a comprehensive overview of the European funding landscape, demystifying “EU speak” and making it accessible for practical use. It covers the objectives and principles behind major EU funding instruments and initiatives, explaining the target groups for each. The course covers topics such as the European Research Council, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, and EU funding for PhD positions, and provides an insight into the bureaucracy involved in managing EU projects.

A unique aspect of the course is its examination of the project selection and evaluation process, with a focus on common mistakes in project setup and planning that can lead to rejection.

Depending on the needs of the audience we offer follow-up counseling for institutional clients or individual researchers.
